Itamar, a young, orthodox yeshiva student from Bnei Brak, is employed by a charismatic and renowned doctor. However, he uncovers a shocking secret: a groundbreaking diabetes cure, inspired by the ancient medical writings of Maimonides, was originally developed in a clandestine partnership with his own ailing father.
Discovering the doctor’s plan to monopolize the cure for immense profit, Itamar takes a desperate gamble. He steals the formula with the intention of selling it to a pharmaceutical giant. But on his way to make the deal, he is violently robbed. Itamar’s world is turned upside down, leaving him facing a perilous and unknown future.
